Submit Cash and Check Donations to the AIDS Walk
What to Do With Checks or Money Orders:
If you’re a walker with check or money-order donations, you can choose one of the following options to submit the donation to the AIDS Walk…
• Send checks and money-orders to:
AIDS Walk Los Angeles
PO Box 933005
Los Angeles, CA 90093-3005
• Bring the checks and money-orders with you on the day of AIDS Walk Los Angeles and submit them at Sign-In
* Please clearly indicate the name of whom you are sponsoring on the check or on a separate piece of paper, otherwise your donation could be credited as a general donation.
What to Do With Cash Donations:
If you’re a walker with cash donations, you can choose one of the following options to submit the donation to the AIDS Walk…
• Write out a check for the amount, put your name in the memo field of the check, and send it to the above address
• Bring the cash with you on the day of AIDS Walk Los Angeles and submit it at Sign-In
• Sponsor yourself with a credit card online (in the donors’ name)
1. Visit www.aidswalk.net/losangeles.
2. Click “Sponsor a Walker” on the left side of the page.
3. Enter your first and last name and click “Search.”
4. Click on the link to visit your Personal Fundraising Web page.
5. Enter the donation amount in the blank donation field and click “Continue.”
6. After entering your credit card information, a “Dedication” page will come up. To credit the donor, select “Other” and type in the donors’ name in the
blank field and click “Continue.”
