Fundraising Events – You’re Invited!
Support your fellow AIDS Walk teams, walkers, and volunteers by attending these fabulous participant-planned fundraising events. If you like the idea, feel free to use it and plan your own fundraiser!
FUNDRAISING WORKSHOPS
All walkers should take advantage of these workshops geared toward fundraising, utilizing the website, and taking advantage of matching gift programs. Refreshments will be served! We will cover
the same material at each workshop. All workshops are held at APLA, 3550 Wilshire Blvd. 3rd floor. To RSVP, call the AIDS Walk office at (213) 201-9255.

TEAM LEADER WORKSHOPS
Learn helpful recruitment and fundraising tips from AIDS Walk Fundraising Specialists and veteran Team Leaders! We will teach you how to set up your Team Fundraising Web page, plan a team

Enter parking garage from Ardmore St – Parking will be validated.The HAMMER Museum Address: 10899 Wilshire Blvd (northeast corner of Westwood and Wilshire Blvd 3 blocks east of the 405 freeway's Wilshire Blvd exit), Los Angeles 90024. The workshop will be held in Gallery 6 on the 2nd level off the courtyard. Parking is available under the museum on levels P4 and P5. You will be reimbursed for 3 hours of parking.

Deadline for a Team Meeting Station
Wednesday, October 8, 12 noon
If you have 25 or more registered Team Members by today you qualify to have a Team Meeting Station.
Drive-On Permit Reservation Deadline
Friday, October 10, 5 p.m.
If you have qualified for a Team Meeting Station, you have until October 10 to request a permit that will allow you to have your breakfast goods, decorations
for your table, and/or team T-shirts transported to your Team Meeting Station with the assistance of an official AIDS Walk Staff Member.
Early Sign-In
Thursday & Friday, October 16, & 17 - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) at 3550 Wilshire Blvd. 3rd floor, between Ardmore Ave. and Kingsley Drive.
Avoid the lines at AIDS Walk Los Angeles by coming to Early Sign-In to turn in donations and collect Fundraising Incentive Awards that you can wear proudly at the AIDS Walk.
