The support of businesses and organizations in our community each year is truly remarkable. Without your In Kind support we wouldn’t be able to nourish and hydrate our walkers, energize & accommodate our volunteers, or provide encouraging incentives to our fundraisers. We rely heavily on product and service donations to keep AIDS Walk New York cost effective, ensuring that we are able to maximize net proceeds for AIDS services and honor the trust of its participants and donors. The bottom line is: your support is crucial to our success!

We would greatly appreciate your donation of the following items:
• Hotel room nights for VIPs, celebrity guests, staff, and key volunteers who will join us in New York during our event
• Snacks and beverages to be served at the AIDS Walk and to office volunteers
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks for volunteers doing pre-event preparations
• Gift Certificates and/or gift packages to be used as incentives for our Teams and Team Leaders, Star Walkers, and Volunteers
• Promotional or sample items to be included in the Gift Bags at our annual reception
