Set Your Team and Personal Goals
Set Goals: Setting a walker recruitment and fundraising goal is the key to successfully motivating your Team Members. Shout it from the rooftop and encourage your Team Members to do the same! To change your personal and team goals, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Log in to your Fundraising HQ with your username and password.
Step 2 - Once you're logged in, click on "Change My Goal" in the “Fundraising Statistics" section.
Step 3 - This will open a new window where you can scroll down and edit your personal and team goals. Click on "Update" to save the new totals.
Tip: Think of a realistic goal, but keep in mind that you want to make it a challenge for you and your Team Members. A little encouragement can get your team on the right track!
